Payments

Paypal Transfers are the only means or acceptable payment at this time. Our terms require payment in full at time of purchase.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Posting/Content Guidelines:

To receive a good rating on your article, we recommend the following:

• Between 500 and 1,000 words (flexible)
• Must be original content
• Professional presentation
• Content must be consistent, thorough and direct to the point
• Each article must be considerably different (from own and from others)
• Can be part of a series of relevant material (i.e. workshops)
• Choose a variety of topics (within own expertise) to gain exposure from varied sources
• Can include or link to supportive information: text, photos, graphics, audio or video
• Can make reference to supportive articles (own or others)
• Author is responsible for authorization to use supportive material and to note appropriate credits
• Link to member’s individual page is automatically added to an article and maintained as long as the author remains a member.

Restrictions:

• Non competitive
• Mutual respect among members
• No swearing, profanity
• No insults, provocation, etc. towards anyone
• No misleading content
• No sexuality, nudity or pornographic content

Posts that do not meet our guidelines and restrictions will be automatically discarded and a notice will be sent to the member responsible. Repetitive violation may result in cancellation of membership/account with loss of options, benefits and privileges.

Intentional submission of misleading, offensive and/or disrespectful content of any kind by a member, whether through articles, web pages, or links to any other sources, may result in suspension or disqualification of membership, including all options and benefits without further notice and with no refund. A decision resulting in suspending privileges may be appealed on a first time basis only.

The guidelines and restrictions set on this site are meant to ensure a professional, respectful and efficient service without misleading or discriminating issues for the benefit of everyone involved directly or indirectly. It is also recommended that members, who find material on this site that falls out of our guidelines, notify us immediately. Such report will be treated with complete confidentiality according to our Privacy Policy.

Melodic Advantage rewards its registered users and members for most of the activities they generate on this website. The following chart offers a breakdown of how you can accumulate and/or redeem points towards varied options, services or products offered by Melodic Advantage.

100 points = $1.00 (1 Canadian Dollar)

Features of the reward system include:

• 10 Top Point Earners featured on the website
• Points and Dollars (Canadian) may be combined to total an amount needed for a transaction.
• Regular promotions can save you money when purchasing points. (advertised on the website and by newsletter) (not refundable in cash/Dollar value).

Additional Guidelines

• Points MAY NOT be acquired or cashed in towards any options, products, promotion, advertisement, or any other type of services offered privately by registered users or members (Individuals, associations, or corporations).
• This point system does not apply to advertising corporations or sponsors posting ads in our corporate section.
• If a member or a group cancels their registration or gets banned from the Melodic Advantage website for any reason, all of their accumulated points will be annulled.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash/Dollar value.
• Abuse of system (i.e. duplicate comments or spamming to gain additional points) may result in deletion of account and/or all accrued points.
